Providers can use one centralized referral when referring patients: Ambulatory referral to Spine Center – Rex Location

North Carolina Neuroscience and Spine Center Referral (listed in Epic as “Spine Center”)

UNC Carelink access

Community-based physicians and their staff can use our electronic referral portal (Epic) or gain secure, read-only access through UNC CareLink.  Visit unccarelink.org or contact our physician relations team at unccarelink@unchealth.unc.edu.
